Right of Withdrawal
Under the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to return an ordered item in perfect condition without giving any reason. A notification of this must be made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the day you received the item. Please email [email protected].
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made jewelry, such as pieces with text or other items specifically designed for the customer.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. For a refund, please provide your postal giro number, bank giro number, personal account number, or bank account number.

Complaints
If, against all odds, there is something wrong with the jewelry, please contact me via email at [email protected] as soon as possible. When returning the item, please send it back in its unopened original packaging, along with your name and address to act925. The right of withdrawal and return applies for 14 days according to the Consumer Protection Act. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the product. This means that day 1 is the day you are notified that the product is available for pickup at your local postal agent. The product must be unused, well-packaged, and returned in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund. The product must be received by act925 within 14 days if you wish to exchange or cancel your purchase. Please include the order number, name, and address.
As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring that the product is returned in undamaged condition. In the case of using the right of withdrawal, the refund will be made to the account from which the payment originated, once we have received the return.
In the case of incorrect delivery, i.e., delivery of the wrong item, wrong quantity, damaged item, or defective item, you as a customer must immediately contact me via email at [email protected] for a complaint.
